Research, Evaluation and Planning Interactive Reporting

The Interactive Reporting web application provides a simple tool to find facts about the college. This includes college, school, department and program level information.
Information here is derived from Columbia College Chicago’s official records maintained in the college’s data warehouse by Research, Evaluation, and Planning.

1. Start by selecting your area of interest from the tabs across the top. Those with the * are being developed and may not be available at this time.
2. Summary data for your area of interest will be displayed along with choices for more detailed reports.
3. Some tables may be large and require you to scroll down the page to see all the detail or charts as selected.
4. If you select one of the more detailed reports a page will come up where you can select the desired parameters of your report by year, session, or other factors as available.
5. When the report displays, additional choices may appear enabling you to focus more specifically on your area of interest.
6. You can also narrow the reporting within tables by typing in the rectangle to the right of the magnifing glass symbol that will appear above and to the left of the table displayed.
